Off the Beach
Off the Beach is a two-day dinghy regatta run from the Bay Sailing Centre at Soldiers Point. Racing takes place on the nearby waters of Port Stephens, with up to three races scheduled each day.
Sailors can compete in separate classes where offered or enter the mixed division, which brings different dinghy types together using Australian Sailing yardsticks for results. The classes available for 2027 will be shown in the online entry. Sailors under 18 can participate with parent or guardian consent.
Australian Sailing’s off-the-beach safety regulations apply, and competitors must wear a compliant lifejacket while afloat.
