Commodores Cup

Series: Commodores Cup
Series Sponsor: Pantaenius

The Commodores Cup comprises five days of racing under PHS based out of Regatta HQ at d’Albora Marina Nelson Bay. With a wide variety of courses taking in the many inshore and offshore islands and bays, the opening series will appeal to cruiser-racer crews who enjoy longer and more scenic passage racing.

Dates for the combined Sail Port Stephens ‘Commodores Cup Cruising Series’ will be 13 – 18 April 2026. There is a Reserve Day included in the programme which may be used as a racing day if required.

  • Open for all types of cruising and racing yachts
  • Spinnaker and Non-Spinnaker boats
  • Commodores Cup is raced under PHS (handicaps adjusted daily)
  • One race per day
  • Most courses have islands, fixed marks, and some laid buoys.
  • YA Category 5 safety regulations apply

Registration Times

  • Sunday 12 April 2026 – 2.00pm to 5.00pm
  • Monday 13 April 2026 – 8.00am to 9.00am
